Day 01: Arrival In Kathmandu

Today, with the start of your morning in Kathmandu you will get a sightseeing tour after your breakfast. You will be taken for a massive sightseeing tour across the city.

On the day you will get a drive to the Soti Khola for the transfer to the Manaslu Region. It will take you about 6 hours of drive from Kathmandu. After breakfast, you will get the diver taking you through the mid-hill terrains of Nepal. The drive itself is an experience to get in there. Through various villages, waterfalls, rivers, and farming terraces you will arrive at the Soti Khola.

After breakfast, we will continue our journey towards Maccha Khola. The journey starts with crossing the suspension bridge at Soti Khola. The beautiful Sal Forest will arrive across the Budhigandaki slopes. After crossing the Khursana the rocky trail and steep paths will be there to walk through.
The trail also covers some parts of the rice fields, and small settlements of Local people until we arrive at the Budhigandaki River where we continue to walk along the beach of the river and cross a little ridge to get there in Maccha Khola.

With the morning in Maccha Khola and after breakfast we will continue our journey towards Jagat. The trail goes a bit narrow from this point of your itinerary as we will be entering the proper upper mountain terrain. At the Tatopani, you will get to see the beautiful small natural hot spring. After climbing a ridge and crossing the suspension bridge at Budhigandaki River we will arrive at the Dobhan.
Dobhan will forward the way up to another suspension bridge at Yaru Khola which leads us to the ascend of stone paved trail to Thado Barang. After crossing another bank of the small river we will arrive at the Jagat.

After breakfast in Deng, we will start ascend to Salleri crossing the rocky ridge and descending to Sirdibas Valley. The valley continues until we reach the Ghatte Khola. From there after crossing the suspension bridge we will get into the Gurung village of Filim through the stone stairs.
There we continue passing the millet field in Ekal Bhatti. From there, the trail becomes a bit steep with the deep gorges and meadows in some places. After walking for some hours through other bamboo bushes we will arrive at the Deng River where the Deng village lies at the riverside.

We will continue our journey after having breakfast and crossing the Budhi Gandaki River. From there the ascending trail will arrive at the forest through waterfalls and Mani walls experiencing a Tibetan village on the way.
After walking further you will get to have a walk through the Rhododendron forests which leads us to the village of Namrung. Upon arrival in Namrung, you will see the majestic scenery of Ganesh Himal, Himchuli, and the following range along the massive landscapes of high hills.

You will get a tranquil morning in Namrung and after breakfast on such a fresh morning, we will move to the Samagaon. The journey starts with the Rhododendron forest which will pass through the Chortens, farming terrace, and barley fields along with the spectacular view of Simnang Himal and Ganesh Himal.
From there we will pass through the Tibetan settlements offering the view of Himal Chuli and the massive glimpse of Manaslu Himal. The further a bit walk will get us there in Samagaon.

On this day after having breakfast we will move for the Samdo. The journey will get massive tranquil and with the nature of lush greenery. We will follow the same trail which goes up to the Manaslu Base camp. After leaving the trail of Manaslu Base Camp we will take another route which takes us to the Larkya La Pass.
The trail goes between the Juniper trees, and the wooden bridges, crossing the Budhi Gandaki River. After the Budhi Gandaki, we will take an ascend up to the Samdo.

teahouseDay 10: Acclimatization Day In Samdo
The 10th day of your itinerary for the Manaslu Circuit Trek will be dedicated to acclimatization. From here we will gain an exponential rise in altitude from the next day. We will also conduct a small hike up to some altitude and return to Samdo again. It is to adapt to the new altitude and the environment more easily.
You can also roam around the beautiful village of Samdo and get some interactions with the locals to experience their culture and transitions as well as their living style. You also can try some of the local foods and cuisines across the village which you get a rare chance to taste. Or you also just walk across the village and enjoy the peaceful living in the middle of the Himalayas.

After the fresh morning in Samdo, we will continue our trek for the Larkya La Pass. After breakfast, the journey will begin with the descending with crossing the wooden bridges in Budhi Gandaki. From there trail again starts to ascend up to the hill. The path also will get through the Juniper forest along the wide view of Larke La Glaciers and Siachen Glaciers. The trail continues to go through the pine trees, cliffs, vertical steps, and the astonishing beauty of snow-capped mountain peaks.
After further walking, we will arrive at the beautiful Larkya Bazer, and settle in the middle of the high hills, We will also pass through the Pana Danda Valley which offers you the majestic view of freshwater rivers and streams. There you will also get to enjoy the Syacha Glaciers surrounded by the spectacular view of mountain peaks.
Crossing the Larkya Glaciers we will arrive at the Dharamsala.

teahouseDay 12: Trek From Dharamsala To Bhimtang via Larkya La Pas
Today the trek is going to be a bit difficult or we can say it will be harder than other days of the itinerary as the route will pass through the ascending and descending steeps passing through the Larkya La Pass which has an altitude of 5106m from the sea level. It is also the highest point or the altitude which we will gain or pass through in the whole journey of Manaslu Circuit Trek.
After breakfast, we will continue our trek through the challenging trails passing the ascending steps crossing the frozen lake, terrains, rough cliffs, and remote locations.
The majestic views of Pawer Peak and Larkya Peak will be welcoming with the majestic views. After further trekking, we will arrive at the Larkya La Pass.
It is the highest high pass in the World which is located in the Manaslu Region. It also offers stunning views of snow-capped peaks including the Cheo, Manaslu, Kaji Kubg, and other snow-capped peaks all around the pass along with the magnificent view of Annapurna II.
Having some time in Larkya La Pass and enjoying the scenery beauty we will take a descent down to get there in Dingboche Kharka from where the walk of an hour will get us to arrive in Bhimtang.
Bhimtang is another beautiful village in this trail of Manaslu Circuit Trek, which is also the trading point for the locals such as the villages of Samagaon and Samdo along with the neighboring villages and settlements. People from higher altitudes also flee to escape from the extreme cold during the time of winter.

In this day we are facing the gradual and massive change in altitude and geographic difference. After breakfast in Bhimtang, we will start our journey down to Tilij taking the ascending route through the dense forests and passing above the diverse landscapes. We will also pass through the glaciers having the majestic views of Larke, Nadi, and Mt. Manaslu. The further descending path passing the Kharka and Hompuk will get us to the Gho. After another hour of walking passing the farming fields, you will get there in Tilij.
Also, until there we also arrived passing through the rivers like Dudh Khola, the sensational point of Marsyansdi Valley, and the traditional village of Thonje along with the Dharapani which is the gateway for the Manaslu region and Annapurna Region.

teahouseDay 14: Trek from Tilij To Bagarchap and Drive to Kathmandu
After getting breakfast in Tilij, we will continue our journey to get there in Bagarchap taking the descending path through the millet farmlands and tropical farmlands. After crossing some of the forest with lush greenery we will arrive at the Bagarchap.
It is the trail that also connects us with the Annapurna Circuit Trek.
From there will get the local drive to Besisar from where we will be picked up by private vehicles to drive back to Kathmandu.
The drive will again take you through the landscapes of mid-hill from where you can enjoy the massive views of the terrains and the scenic drive to Kathmandu. The drive of about 6 hours will get you there in Kathmandu.
After arriving you can have your refreshment time or you can hang around some of the local markets to buy yourself some souvenirs and gifts which you can take with you as a token. You can also have some nightlife experience in Thamel before your departure.
